When I try to login the page says: Either your user name or password is not correct. Please try again!!
Be sure that you have typed your login name and password correctly. If you forgot your user name or password, please contact your child's school.
When I try to login the page says: Your user account has been disabled!
Your user account has been disabled by a Campus Administrator. Please contact your child's school to request reactivation.
Please note that an unsuccessful login attempt will also give you information about your browser, IP address and that the attempt has been logged.
This is part of system security to prevent and document unauthorized access attempts.

The Parent Portal is open for Parents and Guardians. Parents who want access are required to read the Acceptable Use Agreement located on our website and return the Request Form to your child's school.
Only one Request Form per household will be needed.
Once the information on the Request Form is verified by matching it to what we have in Infinite Campus, you will receive instructions on how to create your username and password. Requests will be processed as quickly as possible, depending on demand they may take up to 10 days.
All the portal documents are on http://www.portlandschools.org/ You can still login into your children's accounts using their username and password.
